Development History
  • Founded in 2013, Jingjiang Yuejun Mechanical Processing Factory initially focused on turning services and made its first foray into the field of screw pump shafts. This pivotal move set sail for the enterprise in the mechanical processing industry. As the core foundational technology of the factory, turning craftsmanship laid a solid foundation for the subsequent R&D and manufacturing of screw pumps. Through continuous technical research and optimization in turning processing, the company accumulated rich experience in pump shaft fabrication and gradually gained a solid foothold in the industry.
  • In 2014, the factory advanced steadily in the screw pump manufacturing sector and launched the small-batch production of screw pump rotors. Meanwhile, the research and development of stator molds were steadily underway. At this stage, the enterprise refined every rotor with meticulous workmanship to deliver premium quality. The mold R&D team worked tirelessly to overcome technical challenges one after another. The parallel progress of small-batch production and mold development fully prepared the company for production expansion and overall quality upgrading.
  • In 2015, the factory achieved a major milestone: the first self-assembled screw pump was successfully manufactured and passed professional testing. This achievement stems from the team’s persistent dedication. Every procedure, from component machining to complete assembly, embodies the efforts of all staff members. The successful independent assembly marked the enterprise’s transition from simple parts processing to complete machine manufacturing. It delivered a qualitative upgrade in technical capabilities and built a solid foundation for the subsequent market promotion and sales of screw pump products.
  • In 2016, the enterprise carried out major optimization on screw pump housings. Upgraded from welded pump housings to precision cast housings, the overall accuracy and performance were greatly improved. Meanwhile, the successful development of equal-wall stators further enhanced the comprehensive efficiency of screw pumps. This series of innovative reforms demonstrates the company’s persistent pursuit of product quality, and greatly strengthens the market competitiveness of our screw pump products.
  • In 2017, Jiangsu Sharp Pump Co., Ltd. was officially founded, marking a new chapter in the company’s development. In the same year, the foreign trade department was set up. Our business quickly expanded to global markets, achieving diversified development. Meanwhile, the successful development of hollow rotors enriched our product range. Supported by continuous technological innovation and market expansion, the company’s influence in the industry keeps growing steadily.
  • In 2023, the company purchased a new factory building to secure broader space for further development. After months of preparation, the relocation was successfully completed in November. Equipped with advanced facilities and a well-planned layout, the new workshop helps boost production efficiency and optimize manufacturing processes. This relocation serves as a crucial milestone for corporate growth, laying a solid foundation for the company’s long-term high-quality development.
  • In 2025, the dedicated screw pump testing platform was officially put into operation, representing a major upgrade in the company’s quality control system. Since then, every screw pump is delivered with a complete test report, ensuring traceable quality and stable performance. Equipped with high-precision inspection equipment, the advanced testing platform comprehensively verifies all key performance indicators of screw pumps, enabling us to deliver higher-quality and more reliable products to global customers.
