We mainly produce progressive cavity pumps and pump spare parts such as rotor, stator, coupling rod, etc.

Pls tell us the flow rate, pressure, transfer liquid name, and working temperature, and we’ll choose the right model for you.

For rotor and rotating shaft, usually there are 304ss, 316Lss, duplex 2205;
For stator, there are NBR, EPDM, FKM, HNBR, PTFE, silicon rubber, etc., which are suitable for different liquids and temperatures. If you have other material, you can just tell us, and we can also quote based on your requirements.

Usually 12months for the pump, except for quick-wearing parts (such as rotor, stator, mechanical seal, etc.).

The pump will be tested with water after assembly, and we can provide a test report. A material certificate is also available.

We only accept T/T bank. The payment will be 100% T/T in advance, or 30%-50% prepayment and balance before delivery.

Usually it will take about 2-4weeks for the pump and 1-2 weeks for spare parts, based on different models.
But most spare parts are in stock and can be delivered in 3days.

Usually, a small parcel will be delivered door to door by DHL/UPS/FEDEX. If a big and heavy package, we suggest shipping by sea LCL, or by air if urgent need.

Yes, we can make customization. You can send rotor stator samples or drawings. We’ll design and promise a good match and performance. But if samples are not available, we will tell you to provide important sizes.
