This is a single-screw transport pump, whose main working components are an eccentric helical screw (referred to as the rotor) and a screw sleeve (referred to as the stator) with a double-helix surface on its inner surface. The operating principle is as follows: when the electric motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis while simultaneously rolling along the inner surface of the sleeve, thereby forming the pump’s sealed chambers. With each revolution of the screw, the liquid within the sealed chamber is advanced by one pitch. As the screw continues to rotate, the liquid is forced in a helical pattern from one sealed chamber to the next, eventually being discharged from the pump body. The screw pump is a new type of liquid transfer machinery that offers advantages such as simple structure, safe and reliable operation, ease of use and maintenance, continuous and uniform discharge, and stable pressure.
